Hi My holistic health advisor asked m3 to try essential oil myrth. Just a little bit on your finger to apply on gums and tounge. My gums were purple ànd my tounge was red red. After the first application my mouth was pink. Caution it taste like crap ànd did wonders for me. Also oil pulling before each application helps pull yeast from your system. Good luck Tweet
