I am also trying to find out more about the Blood Type Diet. I have been on it for years and I really like it a lot but I noticed that there are some discrepancies. For example, I come from a tropical country and we have a lot of coconuts. Type B is not supposed to eat those but I feel like it is good for me. It also says that I could eat dairy a lot but when I drink cow's milk, I get a bum stomach. I also get mental fog if I at a lot of cheese (which I love).
I still recommend people try it so that they get food-sensitive. I find this a very invaluable skill so I can be "attuned" to my body's nutritional needs. If someone has more answers about it, I would appreciate it. I am trying to convince my husband to go on it but he says the same thing about needing a lot of protein.
