I think Invincible's point about RAW unpasteurized and live ACV is a good one.
Are you sure you're an A? Dreamy? Poetic? lol

Back when I was having balsamic vinegar every day,as much as I loved it, LOVED it,
I had to finally admit it was not doing me good.

But I do take the ACV every day, and make pineapple, strawberry and now raspberry vinegar with it. Not to mention a lot of herbal tinctures.
