according to the blood type guides, kelp is *"neutral" for all blood types except O-
for which it's said to be a "metabolic enhancer"...

I'm just wondering if those who really feel the kelp is especially helping
might be O blood types?

* neutral meaning: no ill effects in the physiology of that particular blood type over time, from the lectins in kelp.
