Just letting y'all know how and what is helping my fungal infection. I do still have it and the systemic fungal infection has been making my toe nails very strange looking and its because they are infected with this nasty fungal infection too!
So what I have found that helps a lot is probiotic home made yogurt,The yogurt is made with many strains of probiotic capsules and milk (or soy etc what ever culture base you want to use) I make my own with about 40 Strains and I also make kefir and kombucha and ACV and I apply them all to my toe nails and it helps and I eat them all too daily a lot and wow it's helping with the post nasal drip aka phlegm I get from this fungus.
So for months the ACV and all the probiotics I have been making myself(it Cost a lot less to make your own from just a couple of capsules of probiotics, then you have like a years supply of probiotics in the yogurt paste you can culture again and again and again for like a dollar or 2 a litre.
Excuse my brain fog, I am very very sick. I have so many infections due to having cirrhosis,spleen and lymph damage, hypothyroidism, prediabetes and nasty infections I can't fight off due to poor immune function.
Also recently I found the best thing to help it, it's called GCmaf and you can make your own. YouTube has many videos explaining what it is and how to make it. It's so easy to make y'all it's the best thing that I take now for my immune system and it's helping me fight off this nasty fungus and other infections and if you guys don't have cirrhosis and immunodeficiency it will work even better than it does on me.
Also the acv not only helps cos of the ph etc like moreless said. It helps cos it has live beneficial bacteria and yeast that help fight off bad bacteria.

Also digestive enzymes help alot too, i take them with meals cos I have leaky gut and I have noticed I'm a bit better again.
