thanksgiving juice

i love to juice raw sweet potatoes. i only use sweet potatoes since they are higher in every single nutrient than white potatoes are. i like to make a "thanksgiving day juice" which is sweet potatoes, celery, onion, garlic. just a bit of onion and garlic go a long way when juicing. try it sometime!

antoher thing you can do is substitute the sweet potatoe for any juice recipe that calls for carrots. both are root vegetables high in natural sugars.

here is a nutrient run down of the sweet potatoe, notice the extremely high vit A content, the skin loves vit A.
