2. Take Diatomaceous Earth to replace trace minerals that have been lost in our modern farming methods. It will help make your nails and hair grow. It will help kill
parasites and their eggs. Use FOOD GRADE ONLY. Start slowly with 1/2 tsp. 1x per day. Work up to 1 tsp. 3x/day. Take it for about 20-25 days per month. My skin is like liquid silk and my hair is shiny and healthy.
3. Take pumpkin seed oil in capsules. Take 2 capsules/day. Great for hair loss. It will take at least 6 weeks to see a difference. My boyfriend has had great results for male baldness. Not a total cure for him but it should really help with hair loss.
4. Eat pea protein for essential amino acids. Pesticides in non organic food interfere with the uptake of essential amino acids.
5. Eat fish oil or cod liver oil. The brain needs the Omega 3's. Work up to a tbsp./day. You will know when you have enough in your system. It will start coming out of your scalp. Then you can reduce the dose to what feels comfortable. It took me 6 months to get to enough.
