It needs to be Sea Salt . did you check the salt to make sure it was correct? If it was, you could have a problem with your colon. I try it and also nothing happened. I was diagnosed with colonic inertia. Nothing worked. I was on RX laxitives, colon cleaners, theyu scoped my colon... you name it my Dr. tried it. But once I went back on the birth control pill, it all went back to normal.. It was hormones... Strange but true
