Re: salt water flush

Heidi,
If you have sensibilities to most foods, like I do, could be that you are just "fragile" inside. I mean, you might have a delicate digestive system, where your stomach has great difficulty digesting things that are refined or processed. I had all the problems in the world, from hypoglycimia to general digestive problems, and I found that by switching to organic-yet more expensive-but better for my belly, my problems disapeared. I first did a Herbal Detox Cleanse, by Wild Rose where you take herb supplements (all prepare for you and organic) combined with a certain diet. Certain foods had to be eaten regularly because they helped clean out the toxins. Examples: Almond butter on rice cakes, lots of fresh ginger, onions, garlic, leafy greens, wild salmon and other fish, organic meats, tofu, legumes... There's a list, it comes with a recipe book for people who are NOT chefs! It's great. That could help you, if it's your first time, but it's a tough one. BUT, giving a break to your digestive system WILL FEEL GOOD. In most cases, the things that make you sick are the things you eat, not the things you don't.

good luck
