Can you please explain to me the the robin quivers diet. I think it's fresh (pref.organic)lemons, spring water, ceyanne pepper and class B or C Maple Syrup (or is it class A maple syrup). Also what is this salt water flush. How do you do it and when. Thanks Nadia
