Don't so quickly blame parasites. Not having enough acidophilus in your intestines can cause many varied problems including candida and liver congestion. For cleansing the liver I recommend Silymarin and drinking olive oil with a citrus juice. Adrenal fatigue is just the result of severe imbalances. Do a hair mineral analysis and intestinal cleansing and take acidophilus. Tweet
