yeah, you really have to take action now, because the direction you are going is down. You are lucky you are still able to workout. From my experience, I would say, eat as clean as possible with a few minerals and supplements. Look at the lifestyle changes you can take to calm yourself down and practice to fully relax. Things like sauna, meditation etc. You should be able to sit in silence for a while. IMO, all those medicines like SSRI's or sleep meds are just bandaids and usually make things only worse. The active ingredients tend to wear out over time and you don't learn to take the long-term, effective lifestyle changes.
Wake-up everyday same time, go to bed everyday same time. Dark-room, fresh air, no electronics 1 hour before bed and do something relaxing like reading funny stuff or meditation. Ask yourself why are you drinking!? Social conditioning? Pressure into drinking? Relaxation? Not able to express yourself fully without alcohol? Stifledness?
Anyway, clean diet, reset biorhythm and stick to regular times. No heavy exercise before going to bed. Do mornings or afternoons.
Ofcourse, you want to party and go out, do crazy stuff and live life to the fullest. You have to find your balance though and that is most likely different than other people. Everyone has their rhythm and differs in the ability to handle stress on the body. Get to know your body and listen to it.
