Day 4

Day 4 was more difficult but I'm making progress

Well here I am into day 5. To recap yesterday, I had my colonic and felt great. Then a couple of hours later I started a big argument with a coworker (not very productive, I know). I continued to hate everything and everyone for the rest of the evening (worked late-again). By then my whole body ached (no matter how much water I drank). I had a raging headache and my stomach would not stop grumbling (even though I didn't feel hungry).

When I went home to an empty house feeling weak and tired. I took a warm Epsom Salt bath. I can't remember the last time I took a bath. It was relaxing but a bit boring (if that doesn't show I've been on the go for too long I don't know what does). While I soaked, I could feel tons of air going through my bowels. How weird.

I didn't exercise or clean house last night because I needed some time to rest. I watched a comedy standup I'd rented, went to bed listening to a motivational CD, and hoped today would be better.

Tons of toxins are weeping out of my system. This morning my eyes were nearly gooped shut and my breath was incredibly gross. At least this shows I'm making progress.
