First Colonic!
I had my first colonic and it was wonderful!
Date: 6/28/2006 5:06:07 PM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 2724 times I just had my first colonic and it was great! Nothing like I expected, the session was relaxed and informative. I found out that the bright yellow BMs I've been having is due to a lot of toxins being removed from my liver (thanks to all those depression meds that didn't even work).
Tons of mucous came out and now I feel so much better. My shoulders even feel less tight. The "Tummy Templer" (that's what they call the colonics therapists where I went) suggested I complete a series of liver flushes when I get off the MC. She has done the MC and other cleanses many times. It was so nice to have a person standing right in front of me that understood what I was going through.
I hadn't even considered a colonic before but I've felt stressed and emotional the last couple of days. Every time I would have a BM I would feel a better for a while. This morning I was feeling quite unreasonable so I decided to look into a colonic to speed the BM process along a bit.
All the places around me were booked up until next week (as I expected) but the one I liked the best (they have a good website and lots of therapists) had a client with an emergency come up so they had one opening. I jumped on it and am so glad I did. Tomorrow and Friday will be very long at work so any stress relief I can get now is a VERY good thing.

PS The Tummy Temple even had stools in front of the toilets - Zoebess would be so happy. LOL
