Tea and Cayenne Pepper
Prepping for my cleanse journey with a lot of detox tea and cayenne pepper

To gear up for my liver/gallbladder flush and then Master Cleanse, I'm trying to clean up my act as much as possible. I've been oil pulling for three days and exercising more than usual. I wish I could start today (but weekend plans with my hubby would get in the way).
I've drank soooooooo much tea over the last few days that I expect to explode any time now. I think I'm up to 6 cups of Yogi Peach Detox so far today and it's not even 2 yet. Although gross, I can see that I'm passing food out in just hours! Yesterday I expelled my breakfast grapefruit just after lunch (hadn't had any citrus in weeks so it was very obvious). Then this morning I passed the bean sprouts I had with dinner (TMI: at first I thought I had worms - it was disgusting).
Also I've been putting cayenne pepper on everything. I'm hoping to up my tolerance so I can double the amount in my lemonaide (thanks for the tip Detour and Zoe). I've been planning my food based on what it would taste good on.
I know I'm becoming somewhat fixated on this to avoid stuff in my life I don't want to think about but at least I'm choosing something healthy. Three days and counting until I start the apple juice fast for the liver/gallbladder flush. I can't wait!
