What a great ride I have been having with this fast.
Yesterday I finished cutting up the log pile I was working on and brought the last two loads of wood home. When I was done loading the last load on my pickup truck, the owner of the property came out and said that I did great cutting up the huge pile so quickly. He said that if I wanted more wood he had another pile on the other side of his property, and that I was welcome to it. So of course I said yes I would take it and that I would be back next week to start working on that pile. God is so cool, he just keeps blessing me left and right with good blessings. I feel so honored to be alive these days and to be aware of His gifts.
Today was great. I spent all day in the garden, weeding and mulching beds. I also dug up a bed of loganberries today, and re-potted twenty loganberry plants for my farm. They now sit eagerly awaiting their spots,lol. I should be loaded with those babies next season. I just love berries, the fruit of champions.
Today after work, I did my stretching, then 5000 bounces on the lympholine, 1000 a-b punches, 60 push ups and 500 jumpropes. I am really enjoying not hitting the weights hard anymore. I love bodyweight exercise, makes ya feel good, and its functional as well.
Keep up the great job fellow fasters, the sky is the limit.
