Day Eighty Three!!!!
Are we there yet?

How are the fellow health seekers today.
Been rainy all day here, so I was stuck inside most of the day.
I spent some time going over my blog and reposting days 1 through 54 so I could clean them up and send them to MH.
Something weird happened to my computer when I went shopping this evening, because when I came back on tonight my browser had lost all my e-mail address's and all my bookmarks, saved mail, etc. Don't ya just hate it when that happens.
So now I have to get MH's e-mail from his site and then send him the info.
Yesterday I worked in the garden most of the day and then did some push ups, stretching, 1000 a-b punches and 5000 bounces on the lympholine. I also did an hour of my Swiss ball exercises and 100 bodyweight squats.
Today I did some stretching and push ups. I also blasted my shoulders, back, and chest with the weights for an hour and twenty minutes. Feels good.
Juiced and drank my oranges. Had two cups of my bf&c tea. Drank one glass of the acv and maple syrup. Took my olive leaf and oil of oregano. Had a tablespoon of coconut oil. Made up a batch of my green drink at around 8:30pm and had three glasses of that. That comb is really filling my teeth back in nicely. Finished off my last bottle of no crash. Took my parasite tinctures and clove capsules because I spaced it yesterday.
I still can't believe that I am on day eighty three. It has come so quickly. If you would have told me a few years back that I would be fasting for 108 days, I would have thought you insane,lol. I was so addicted to food before I switched my diet over to all organic over three years ago. I wouldn't change back for all the riches in the kingdom.
Keep fasting fellow fasters, I will check back in later this week.
