Day Seventy Three!!!!
One week left to go...

Cheated today and had a little raw almond butter and a couple organic celery sticks. Man did that taste awesome. I can't wait to eat a meal again.
My body has been giving me the signals that it is time to stop, so in seven more days, on day eighty, I am done. I was thinking about going to one hundred, but what is the point now. I think it was my ego speaking,lol.
A friend of my wife's at work said she had a couple trees for me at her place so I went and bucked up a log pile, not a couple trees. I cut them between 22-30 ft in length so the grapple truck can pick them up next week and deliver them to my property. There is more like 14-18 trees,lol.
Then I came home and dropped one of the trees on my property. I have a bunch I am thinning out that are to close to the house, and I need the wood for next winter. So I dropped it, limbed it, and bucked it into sixteen inch rounds. I will split it first thing next week.
I then came inside and changed into my t-shirt and shorts and hit the biceps, triceps, and forearms for an hour and a half with the weights. It was a great workout. I am glad I decided to keep lifting while fasting so I didn't lose any muscle mass.
I then made dinner for the family, and went and hit the trampoline for 5000 bounces. After that I did 1000 a-b punches and stretched and now I am getting ready for the Sabbath to start.
I juiced and drank my oranges. Had my bf&c tea, my oil of oregano, my olive leaf capsules, no crash ball, and two cups of acv and maple syrup. Also had a small cup of the coconut kefir that I make.
All in all, another productive day for the crazy fasting man. I will check back in on Sunday to see how everyone is doing, gotta go take me a shower,lol.
