Hello fellow fasters.
Still setting records on my longest fast ever.
It is now official.
Crazy fasting man M.O.G. is going to do 108 days.
Bribed the wife with lots of lovin, lol.
So for those waiting for the before and after pictures, you will have to be patient a little while longer.
I might post my bloated, pasty white M.O.G. before pictures sooner than that but the afters aren't afters until after, lol.
Anyone care to join me?
The more the merrier. Got plenty of room on this fasting wagon for ya all.
So after dropping that bomb, I feel very relieved, whoooooooohaaaaaaaaaaaa.
The last couple of days have been gorgeous, summer days here. I have been working hard in the garden and on the firewood for next winter.
I mowed my lawn today, took three hours. I do it in two parts. I will mow non-stop for two hours. By that time I am just about empty of gas, both me and the mower, so I fill the mower back up and take a liquid break. I then drank a couple glasses of oj and distilled water and my no crash and did the last hour non-stop. My clothes were basically soaked with sweat by the time I was done. Yeah, thats kinda nasty but you know how I am into details, lol. How come a sweaty girl is sexy but a sweaty guy is rude. Such double standards we have, lol.
Then I came inside and made chow for the family. I made homemade bleu cheese dressing the other night and everyone just raved about it tonight on their salads. That sure makes a guy feel good. Gotta love it when they like your food.
I then made the kids lunch for tomorrow and went to do some more exercise. Like all the mowing wasn't enough, lol. So I did some push ups, some stretching, and hit the trampoline for 5000 bounces. I love that thing, the lympholine is what I call it around the house. I have already broken and replaced eight springs on that baby, all while on this fast. Guess I better save up and buy one of the expensive models here one day soon. I then did my 1000 punches and stretched a little more to cool down.
Me wiped out now. Then I went outside and watered the plants in the greenhouse and the little seedling babies on the porch. That is so relaxing.
I have been thinking a lot about the interview I have next week for the job I applied for. I am getting the feeling that it isn't the direction I want to go in. I have been wanting for so long to sell organic produce at the local farmers markets, so I have decided I am going to bite the bullet and do that instead. I gotta live what I believe and that is what I feel my true calling is. Farmer M.O.G.
So on that note I will be canceling my interview. Just feels right to me.
Today I did the normal stuff, juiced and drank my oranges. I am mixing minneolas and valencias for my oj until I run out of the minneolas. It sure is a nummy mixture. Took my oil of oregano and olive leaf capsules. Drank my acv and maple syrup. Took my no crash. Had a tablespoon of coconut oil. Smeared coconut oil on my head and face and arms before hitting the sun today. That suns got a mean left hook, let me tell ya. Ate a few of my raw soaked almonds tonight too. I keep forgetting I can eat a few of them daily while fasting, must make a note to self to not forget.
I also made a batch of my green drink today. It is really helping fill my teeth back in. For those that are interested, this is what I run through my juicer to make this wonderful, living raw green drink. All the items are organic, cause ya know mr. M.O.G. is all about the organic. I take three collard green leaves, three green kale leaves, one half of a cucumber, three tomatos, four stalks of celery, four carrots, a huge handful of parsley, two quarter inch disks of horseradish root thinly julienned, and seven cloves of garlic. I usually put half a yellow or red bell pepper in there to but I was out of those. Thats it, and man does it give you a super burst of energy like you wouldn't believe. Liquid energy, lol.
Hope everyone is doing good.
Say a prayer for my community here, they are suffering badly. Two young boys this week both hung themselves and it has sent shockwaves throughout our county. So send some healing love and energy this way, they could really use it.
Keep the faith and keep up the good work,
Peace....
