Not too many more to go now.
I am looking forward to a nice big organic pineapple for my first meal.
I can taste it already,lol.
Things have been busy here. Spent all day today cutting up a huge log pile of alder. I have about 14-16 logs left to go. Between that and the sun, log cutter M.O.G is one whupped puppy, lol. So I got home around 4:02 pm, gave the kids a snack, fed the chickens, drank some distilled water and then unloaded the pickup truck full of pretty wood. Depending on how I feel tomorrow, I will go back out to Hansville and cut the rest of the log pile up and load up another load of wood.
After making some raw smoothies and some of my chickens eggs topped with pasta sauce for the family, I took a much needed shower. I was so soaked from working today I sweated right through my t-shirt and right through my overalls. Even the sweat shorts I had on underneath the overalls were drenched. I can feel ya invincible, lol.
So I took the refreshing shower, put on a t-shirt and shorts, summed up the energy from I don't know where, and did 2,500 jumps on the lympholine followed by 1,000 a-b punches. A little stretching and I am done, lol. I am also up to thirty minutes of pranayamic breathing in the morning and thirty in the evening.
Can you say oxygenate?
Did the usual today. Juiced an extra quart of oj to take with me to work along with a bunch of distilled water. Took my oil of oregano along with my olive leaf capsules. I am taking a week off of the bf&c tea, so I won't be drinking that again until next Sunday. Had a cup of acv and maple syrup when I got home. I have been waiting for the gallon of the longevity spice 4 life to show up so I can start having that too. Did you happen to send out my order yet, buddy?
I have exchanged my daily raw soaked almonds for a couple raw water soaked olives instead. They taste absolutely divine. Funny how supercharged you taste gets after fasting for so long.
When I am done with this fast next month I will have fasted for a total of one hundred and forty eight days this year. That means I only ate for two weeks this year, since January first, the rest of the days I have been fasting. That kinda blew me away. Guess I be addicted to fasting, lol.
Yesterday I did massive amounts of weeding in the garden, put up a nice pea trelis, dug a large mound and planted four black beauty zucchini plants I had started from seed a while back. Then it was back to the weeding, lol. Now almost all my raised beds are ready for all the nice plants I have coming up. I have nine varieties of open pollinated tomato plants coming along quite well. A few are endangered heirloom varieties from the 1800's. I will be saving seed from all of them so I can continue to grow them every year. Don't ya just love seed saving.
Hope everyone is feeling good, and living the life of their dreams, or at least trying too.
Catch ya all later,
Peace....
