It becomes water, of course'
Wrong! It becomes spring!” ~ Natsuki Takaya
Day 1 of my Water fast (Started February 3, 2014)
Monday, Monday. And things are as normal as they can be for a Monday. I am still waiting for Spring. I am so tired of the piles of snow. But things are looking up for me. And Today is the first day of my Water fast. I hope to at least last until Saturday, February 8, 2014. I am really hoping to fast until February 11th or 12th, but the way things have been going for me, I will just have to see.
We are suppose to have a huge storm coming in Tuesday night, so I might get a snow day, which would be nice. I was asked what I would do if I was snowed in for Wednesday. I told them I would probably read A LOT, work on some of my goals, write a bit, and maybe hook my Xbox 360 again and play some video games. I probably would just snuggle down with Mekong and Lammy, and sleep in a bit (as there would be no rush) and go on from there.
I have to say that I am proud to say that I exercised a bit more then I have in the past couple days. I did 20 squats, 20 side to side lunges, 10 Jumping Jacks and 20 Jiggle jabbers (which is just cross punches like in Taebo). I am trying to do a little bit every day. I haven't been checking my heart rate, as I am not too worried about that at the moment. I am just trying to get into a routine were I am exercising a bit every day. I have a sedentary type of job, so I am sitting most of the day, and then when I get home, I am sitting even more, because it is Wintertime. I have a Wii, but I haven't used it, as my batteries have died, and I do not have extra batteries to even use for it. No matter. I can exercise without a video again. I have noticed that my obliques have gotten more defined, and my face is getting thinner. I have noticed that my thighs are a bit more tone. But they are not as small as I would like that. I will probably have to use some targeting exercises to help thin out my thighs. I am kind of afraid that doing squats will make them bigger. I tried pinching them, to see how much is actually fat and what is muscle. It is sad that I wasn't able to tell, but it seems like I have a lot of fat on my thighs. It is just nice to be able to say that I have been exercising about 5 days out of 7, which is better than nothing at all. I really hope to get to the point I can exercise at least a half an hour (1/2) before work and at least half an hour (½) or 45 minutes after I get home from work. I was doing that back in 2011 and I was able to keep my weight at bay and I was much happier.
I have been working on trying to find that happy medium in my life. I can't say that I a horribly sad, just very lonely, and depressed because I see how much I am missing in my life. I should be a little bit better once Spring gets here, as I will be focused on gardening, walking outside, riding my bike, that I won't be able to focus on how alone I am. Of course, I will have the stress of getting ready for my sister's wedding (if I am going to go) and what ever time I might spend with the Cowboy.
My depression is the hardest in the winter because it gets darker earlier and that always depresses me. I want to be out in the sun.
Oh well. I am working on it.

LEARN NUMBES IN FRENCH: I have been working on my number in French. I was able to find and print out some basic numbers worksheets in order to help me. I also have been trying to find some numbers names that I might be able to do in French, but I haven't found any so far. I think I am do well so far.
WRITE IN JOURNAL: I wrote a little bit in my journal today, but not the full 3 pages like I wanted to.
FIND GARDENING NOTEBOOK: I haven't found it yet. I have to check in my book room to see if I moved it into there. No lucky on finding it yet.
TAKE PICTURES OF BICKLE (2): I haven't taken any pictures of him yet. I have to remember to take him out of the house. He usually just sits on my bed and one of the cats lay on him. LOL.
CROCHET/KNIT: I haven't worked on this yet, but I hope to work on it very soon.
FINISH A BOOK: I am currently trying to finish Peter and the Secret of Rundoon by Dave Barry. It was one of the many books that I have started but not finished. One of my top goals is to read 60 books this year. I have 34 books that I have started but not finished.

MAKING VALENTINES FOR S. & A.: I haven't started on this yet. I will some time this week.
WATER FAST: Today is my first day on my Water fast. I am feeling pretty good and I am looking to be very positive about it. I hope to fast until February 8th (The end of the week) but my finally deadline is either February 11th or 12th. I hope I am able to do it. I really would like to get some detoxing under my belt, as well as losing a little bit more weight. I am not feeling very hungry at the moment, but then again, on a busy Monday, I can ignore any hungry pains that I might have with drinking a bit of water. I hope I can get to Day 3 (That is the hardest day for most people)
TUNE GUITAR: I looked at a couple guitar tuners online for my phone and found on that I really think it will work. I will have to see. I down loaded it. I looks very simple, but I will see how it does.
WRITE 1,000 WORDS ON MY NOVEL: I haven't started on this yet this week. I hope to work on it a little tomorrow, if I have time. I have a Historical Society meeting tomorrow at 6:00 p.m. So my day will be shorter tomorrow then usually. If not, I will definitely work on it Wednesday.
WRITE ROUGHT DRAFT OF BICKLE STORY: I got another scene card down. I have 4 done now. I don't have any of the wording done other then what I want in each scene. It is coming along, but slow. I will try to reveal more in the next couple days.
DAILY MORALE: Positive yet depressed (if that is possible)
POSITIVE THING: I might get a snow day on Wednesday
