This is a very heartfelt and sincere blog. You put a lot of work into it. I am so sorry that you had this loss of love. I know how much that can hurt.

I once was on a water fast for two weeks. I did very well, and made some remarkable shifts, but it takes a lot of wisdom to know how to eat after a fast.

I was instructed to build myself up for many months with organic healthy food before I fasted, and the environment was right.

A few weeks later, I was around some of the old toxic relationships, and I started to eat poorly. I lost all the good.

The season for a water fast is also important. I hope you are in a warm place.

You are doing a very courageous act in wanting to improve your life.
