Updates after the first water fast

A lot has happened after I broke the fast. Unfortunately I had many dinners and lunches outside after the fast. The first week or so after breaking the fast I was okay. But then last week my stomach pained when I consumed anything. So I ate less. Eating less did not do anything my stomach pained the next day too. Psyllium Husk did the trick. After 2 days on psyllium husk and I was eating normally and eliminating much better too. I also got a little congested and have started drinking apple cider vinegar. That took out a lot of yellow mucus and made me feel better.

As for weight loss I started the fast at ~87 kgs, when down to ~79 kgs. Refeeding took me up to ~84 Kgs and since I had psyllium husk I am down to ~82 Kgs and have been eating more and feel lighter. Exercise has been minimum due to a hectic schedule.

So I have decide to fast again. Last time I did not feel the clarity or spiritual enough like I wanted to and something was off since I was constantly backed up. Here is my fasting plan. This will not be a water only fast.

Sunday May 26 to Tuesday May 28
Only fruits, fruit/veg juices, psyllium husk with water in the morning, lime water one glass, apple cider vinegar 2 tsps and water. This should clear my sinus/mucus and colon too. May do salt water flush on Wed May 29 instead of the psyllium husk.

Wednesday May 29
Only juices - soups, veg/fruits, lime water, apple cider vinegar, water

Thursday May 30 - June 16 Water only fast

June 17 - Only coconut water

June 18 - June 21 - only soups with boiled veggies, some green juices, apple cider vinegar and green tea. Need to make sure sugar intake is minimal. Maybe some psyllium husk with juice.

June 22 - Fruits, and soup with boiled veggies. Maybe some psyllium husk with juice.

June 23 - Some veggies, some fruits, soup.

June 24 - June 28 Start to eat normal but healthier foods (excluding any type of break).

July onwards - Intermittent fasting every Tuesday and half day on Thursday.
