Thanks for the response.
Yup its a water only fast. I decided no lime, lemon or apple cider vinegar. Its actually easier than I imagined.
I tried juicing two months back and on the second day I just threw up violently. So I am staying away from that until I learn more and get a good juicer!!! and most importantly some good recipes !!!
But for now its water only. Maybe I will break it with 2 days of juicing. Not sure.
