I run for the fridge and eat, no, I munch down a whole quarter of a lettuce! Then I drink a whole lot of water, which isnt really that much im just a lazy drinker lol. When my diet is of cooked dead foods and im dehydrated I do that. You try it and see if it doesnt work for you - it is simple... but so is smiling. ;)
