Day 8 - Water only fast
Water only fast day 8
Date: 5/8/2013 3:00:35 AM ( 11 y ) ... viewed 1215 times 1:30 pm - Woke up with a headache at 10:00 am that went in minutes after moving around. This happens often. I am positive its related to gas issue. Had to run to complete some errands so did not get time to do anything. Didn’t have any water until 1:30 pm apart from 2 sips.
Taste in mouth is foul. Experienced some pain in left knee just for a few minutes. Hope its healing.
2:30 am - Its 2:30 am and I need to wake up at 9:00 am and yet I am messing around and not sleeping. I watched some TV for 2 hours and then started browsing the forum. My body is tired but I just dont want to sleep. I know if I jump on bed I will go to sleep in minutes. Not sure why I am fighting it.
Feel a little lighter on stomach area but still not empty like I did on my mater cleanse.
Urine is dark yellow color which I am concerned about. By now it should be clear, shouldnt it?
Slight pains below ribs for some time, lower back and right knee. Neck and back are more stressed. I should go for a massage.
Had thoughts of breaking the fast many times today. It not too difficult but I just felt something chipping at my resolve today. Thought of food seemed so very tempting. And the second thing is that I cant talk to anyone about it and my parents who know about it are completely freaked out. They are too concerned about all this. Anyway, I will do upto day 10 atleast.
I set up a team lunch next Friday. Will not be able to eat there. That will be akward. Kind of concerned about that too.
