Day 6 - Water only fast
Water only fast day 6
Date: 5/6/2013 1:46:38 AM ( 11 y ) ... viewed 1319 times Morning : Woke up at 5 am and then went right back to sleep and woke up at 10 am... with a headache. As soon as I started to move around the headache became more mild.
This morning I weighed 81.0 Kgs. Thats down 5.6 Kgs (Over 12 lbs I believe) from when I stared in just 6 days :)
I dont feel like drinking water anymore which is bad... I will make it a point to sip on water frequently. Mouth is really dry. Urine is still yellow and not clear.
12:00 PM - To my surprise I checked my toe nail while putting on my socks and the black fungus is gone. Its vanished!! I hope the nail regrows now since the person doing the pedicure told me it wont and the infection will not go. She told me I would have to clear the infection and remove my toe nail. I am really pleased that the infection looks clear. Its unbelievable. This is a milestone.
Used nasal drops to clear my nose. There is some mucous in there that refuses to come out. Even the nasal drops are not working very well. More updates later.
2:45 am - Crazy day at work and had to deal with an insane boss. Anyway, I feel okay. Had some weird sensation on my right eye for some time. Mouth is dry and I dont feel like drinking water but I reminded myself and got around 3 bottles in. I only like cold water and cant stand room temperature water. Good night :)
Okay I just went to wash my face and noticed my eyes are very red. Getting kind of freaked out.
