Day 5 water only fast
Date: 5/5/2013 2:36:25 AM ( 11 y ) ... viewed 1310 times Morning - Had to wake up early today for a meeting. Woke up at 830 with aslight headache. Thankfully the headache stopped as I walked around. Most likely I have some gas troublt that hopefully is getting sorted out. As soon as I burp I feel better.
Color of urine is not clear anymorp. 8ts dark yellow or orangish. I think this is because I am not having enough water. I dont feel like having too muxh water since yesterday. ... guess I need to remind myself about drinking more water.
1:00 pm - feel like resting but can't. Got to go out for hours today and it will not be fun. I have been walking slower and am reluctant to get up while lying down or seated. I hope I get to rest today. More updates later...
5:00 pm - still out and I want to go home and sleep for sometime. My family is on my case about this fast ajd think I am crazy. I hope I survive one more week.... now its foing to be challenging with them bugging me all the time. Anyway I forgot to mention earlier but my tongue is completely white and thats freaking them out too.
Not feeling good about avoiding a social occasion worth my friends that involves damn good food... anyway rant over. Till now the fast has been easy.... but I am kind of bored... and I dont feel the clarity yet that I have felt on other fasts.... need to find inspiration and see and feel results soon. Okay, now the rant is over. :)
1:15 am : Time for bed. Had a hour nap and that may screw up my sleep. Anyway here go for symptoms - The witness on the tongue refuses to go even after brushing and scrubbing furiously. Slight pain in my left knee joint. And my right eye is feeling a little weird.
