I'm back!!!!!!!!!!!!

Water fasting

Hello to all of you that followed my blog.

I know that I've been away for a few months but I'm now back to finish up what I started.

During the last water fast I went from: 330 pounds/23.6 stone/150kg to 296 pounds/21.14 stone/134.26kg in 10 days.

Now I'm back to finish the rest...

I gained some weight back as it was expected but I've maintained myself on 306 pounds/21.85 stone/138.79 kg.

This time I'm doing things a bit differently because I can't time off from work.

My plan it's very simple. I'll be doing a modified fast eating only every 48 hours and on the day I do eat it's a vegan meal with salad. I'm trying to keep the meals at 600 calories or less.

In other words I'm fasting on and off. I want to do this for 100 days which will allow me to fast for 50 days and have 50 meals.

How does it work? Pretty much I eat on day one at 6pm and on day 2 I don't eat. Then on day 3 I eat again at 6PM and so on. . I plan to do a 10 day water fast between November 16th and November 25th after I have gotten rid of most of the toxins. I think it will be easier.

This time I’m going to be drinking green tea in addition to water on the days of the fast to assist me with energy on the days that I work. On the days that I’m off I will just drink water.

Doing this will allow my body to detoxify a bit slower and that way I can stick to it in the long run.

Because I'm having meals it will be much easier to have walks with my husband as an exercise without the possibility of a fainting spell.

My goal is to reach 270 pounds/19.28 stone/122.46 kg by December 20th with this method. Between December 20 and January 9th I’m going to be traveling back home and over there doing a water fast would be very difficult. Therefore, I decided to do 24 hour fast and a meal at 6pm. Pretty much have a meal everyday at 6pm and don’t eat the rest of the day.

Once I’m back home I will continue with the original method that will get me to goal a few months after that….I hope.
