Congratulations on your huge success so far! I've been there and remember the absolute joy that I felt when I was finally below 300#. I have enjoyed reading your forum posts and your blog. It's been a big inspiration. I'm currently on about hour 32 of what will be at least a 30 day fast (aiming for 40). My starting weight was 270 and I'm hoping for the same success that you've had.

I fasted last year and lost a good amount of weight that I unfortunately put back on w/round after round of Prednisone for my out of control allergies despite my relatively clean eating. I remember on my last fast doing an enema about day 12 and it really helped my nauesa. I know that enemas while fasting are somewhat controversial but I'm glad I did it. The rest of my fast was pretty easy after that.

A question about distilled water- do you have a distiller or do you buy it from the store in the plastic jugs? I bought a jug at the store to try but I wasn't sure if it's the right one.
