Day 6/30(1st round)-305 pounds
6 day water fasting

Wow this feels so great. I still have 24 more days to go but the way this is going so far I know I'll make it. Who knows I may even take it to 40 days.
I do have one thing to say. For some reason the distilled water that I've been drinking for years tastes horrible to me right now. It tastes sweet and metallic for some reason.
Last night I went to the store and bought some Smart Water(I'm not promoting it. Non- paid advertisement LOL) to see how that was since it has electrolytes. To be honest it tastes better than the one I'm getting from Zepherhills.
I know about someone that used it to water fast and he did pretty good with this water. To the point that he was able to do 55 days on it.
I'm going to get some more and I'll report how is working for me.
