Day 4/30(1st round)-310 pounds

4th day water fasting

This day was a bit hard on me to the point that I wasn't able to log in to post. That's why this day I'm entering on day 5 of my fast. I wanted the information to be here anyway.

I felt a bit tired most of the day. I've been driking water to thirst only and that cause a bit of a headache.

Despite the headache I went out and walked for 30 minutes. I know that exercising mildly is going to make all the difference in the world.

One good thing that I can say is that I CAN SEE MY ANKLES!!!
Yep! No more swelling. No more clots on my legs.

This alone motivates me to go for the other 26 days.
