Day 2/30(1st round)-318pounds
Second day round one water fasting

WOW! 318 I know nice...but I know it's mostly water hehehe.
Today I felt great! The swelling on my legs is going down which means I'll be able to do some mild walking to exercise pretty soon.
I'm really excited to be doing this. At times I think why didn't I do this sooner. I know silly huh?
My day went by pretty fast I got a few hunger pangs but I dismissed them really fast with a gulp of water and positive thoughts.
I'm on a mission to get rid of the 3. Once I'm 200 something to me that will be the first victory on this long journey.
One thing I have to mention about today was the number of times I had to go to the restroom to urinate. I lost count!
My hubby asked about supplements and I know some people have used them before but I'm not sure if I want to go there.
This weekend my hubby and kids are going out of town and I'll be at home alone. I know I need to stay strong and not break the fast due to temptation.
