Day 9/30(1st round)-300 pounds

9th day of 30 days of fasting

Today has been a very rough day. I'm nauseous and very tired. Been in bed all day long for the most part.I know it's all part of the fasting process so I'm trying to hold fort.

I've always had a very sharp nose but now it's like the fast amplified all that. Everything stinks to me. Yuk!

I'm going to make it to my l0th day I know but I must find a way to get rid of the nausea or I don't think I can continue like this for another 20 days.

On a positive note...I'm on 300 pounds!!! YAY!! I made it my first mini goal. The next mini goal is 280 pounds. Wish me luck.
