Day 7/30(1st round)-304 pounds
7th day water fasting
Date: 6/17/2009 2:35:53 PM ( 15 y ) ... viewed 1737 times As you all can see I only lost one pound. I haven't been able to go walking because I felt tired and the heartburn was bothering me big time.
I did some research and drank some warm water and added more water to my fast. During the weekend I really didn't drink as much as I should have. The distilled water I buy was tasting sweet and weird. I had to got the store and buy Smart Water. This water tastes much better and it has electrolytes which will help me see this fast thru without major complications or muscle cramping.
Today I was able to walk for 45 minutes at steady pace felt great and I know that water made a huge difference.
My legs feel great there is no more pain or swelling. That alone makes this fast worth it.
I'm now 304 pounds and I know for sure that I'll be off the 3 by this weekend.
