Laying it out on the table...
Date: 8/8/2008 11:41:22 AM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 1658 times Okay, I am laying things down today. I need to write out my goals and view them daily and keep track of what I am going to do in order to reach my goals!
I WILL FAST FOR THE NEXT 31 DAYS!
This is what I must do:
1. I have always hated exercise but I must do it for everyone of these next 31 days. I have determined that with my schedule and factoring in the fact that I will be weak from fasting, I will only do a minimum of 2.5 hours of walking a day. It can be regular walking on the street or it can be on the treadmill at night but it has to get done.
2. I must begin to fill the hours of 6pm - 12am with tasks that take my mind off food. Be it watching motivational fasting clips on youtube or something I must do it.
3. Just stop eating.
Here is my ideal weightloss schedule. I've chosen 1.25 pounds a day as a good average amount of weight that is lost by fasters. Fasters who appear to be sedentary during the entire duration of the fast appear to lose around 1 pound a day, and those who exercise should lose a bit more than that. So, if I manage the above, here is what I would love to see happen:
August 7 (Start 7:30 p.m.): 164.4
August 8: 163.15
August 9: 161.9
August 10: 160.65
August 11: 159.4
August 12: 158.15
August 13: 156.9
August 14: 155.65
August 15: 154.4
August 16: 153.15
August 17: 151.9
