Day 2: Relapse
I'm back to my start weight
Date: 7/25/2008 8:00:52 AM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 1574 times Okay, so my day 2 was consistent with every other day 2 I have ever had in my life. I relapsed and TOTALLY blew the program. Not happy with myself at all, but it a reality and I am going to be consistent in keeping track of not only my successes but also my failures!
So, yesterday was not a good exercise day! All I managed to accomplish was:
1) 225 cal loss - walk at lunch
2) 375 cal loss - walk home
600 calories in exercise total. Which wouldn't have necessarily been a bad thing except I TOTALLY did not stick to 500 calories intake. I kind of just let it all go and ate what I wanted :( Not sure why but I did.
So, yesterday I ate:
1) 500 cals - A Greek Salad and a roasted chicken leg
2) 300 cals - 2 handfuls of trailmix
3) 300 cals - a bowl of bean and vegetable soup
4) 550 cals - 2 Salami, lettuce and mustard sandwitches
5) 300 cals - 1 c. barbeque chips
6) 200 cals - 1 can 7up
2150 calories consumed in total. Making my caloric balance yesterady +1550 calories.
When I weighed myself this morning I wasn't surprosed to see that I had gained the 1.2 pounds back and I am now at my start weight again. Today is another day and we'll see how that goes.
