I'm fasting for weightloss (purely aesthic I am afraid). I have no spiritual reason; I just hate the way I looks and I have a function I must attend on September 7, 08 and I need to look great! Anyway, quick up date I couldn't fast once again but I did manage to elimintae carbs and lost a couple of pounds for it. I'll be trying to fast once agin on the 13th.
