I started yesterday on the water fast because of Sushicatny too! I'm like 40 lbs overweight and I wanna get rid of it.

Around lunch yesterday I got tempted to eat.. so i drank water until i wasn't thinking about it anymore.. i'm keeping a log every day of my weight so i can track how much i lose.

I weighed myself this morning and I've lost 2 pounds since yesterday! I hope the best for you.. and remember... it's all about self discipline.. which is hard for me.. because I LOVE LOVE LOVE FOOD! But I think my persistence will pay off and so will yours!

If you'd like we can be support for one another to fight through this.
