It seems your second day of fasting has been a difficult barrier to conquer. I suggest reading up on juice fasting. The first time I did it, I lost 13 pounds in 9 days. I ate clean for 7 days, ie. no soda, no processed flour, no meat, no refined sugar, and maintained my weight in a 2-3 lb. range. This past monday, I started the juice fast again and have lost 8 lbs. I have exercised 1.5 hours to 2 hours a day during that time. When ever I felt hungry, I juice some fruit or vegatables. Good luck. Once your past three days, your hunger cravings really go down, even to the point where you do not have them at all.
