Day 1 of a 33 Day Water Fast
Water Fasting Begins and It's Do or Die Time

I MUST COMPLETE THIS.
I have no more time left to dilly dally and cave.
I have an extremely important event to attend in 33 days and I refuse to look like a fat cow.
I don't care if I feel sick, tired, depressed, happy, I WILL NOT BREAK THIS FAST!!!
The successful faster from YouTube has really inspired me to do this. This was the first time I had seen anyone progress daily through a fast. And the fact that it was a woman makes me feel even more inspired to stick to it.
In order to be realistic with myself, I will not impose any exercise goals on myself. If I manage to do some exercise in the spur of the moment then that is great. But if I don't I will be happy with simply being able to stick to the fast.
I believe that at minimum I will lose 30 pounds. If I manage to do this I will be back to my end of highschool weight and I would be soooooooo happy.
