Starting from Scratch

Its been eight months since I read a blog, post, etc. on this site. Its also been 8 months since I followed any of the lessons I learned. It shows. I let work and life heavily affect me. I then went into a state of depression, which only became worse when my dog died. I managed to dig myself out of the hole I was in. Took me 4 weeks (all of April). During those 4 weeks, I tried to get back on track. But my mind, heart and soul werent' there.

Its May 5th. I feel I am ready to get back to where I used to be. Work has turned around for the better. I got accepted to graduate school. I'm dating a wonderful man that has been nothing but patient with me (we met when I started to dig myself out of the hole), and its Spring (a new beginning).

I'm taking baby steps with this. I'm sure there will be some mistakes.
