Things are going well.

My body is holding at a steady healthy. I could lose 5-7 lbs but that's nothing exercise won't cure. I signed up for hiking groups and will be doing a few 5ks this fall. I have to admit that I am very happy with how I look and feel.
My BMs have been the best they have ever been. My body is digesting the food I eat very well. I seem to have one big movement first thing in the morning (sometimes 1 small followed by one big). The big one is at least 12in long and very smooth. I think the amount of veggies and fruits has played a huge part in that. I have a movement in the afternoon, but not as grand. Hopefully, that will change in time.
