Thanks for reporting on this experiment. I've been curious about the results.
Do you think that grapefruit juice is just as good instead of orange?
And would it be as effective to take it at night.
I am thinking of going a week with psyllium, bentonite shakes and to take the drink last thing at night. With fresh juices and lemon water. Like an intensive cleanse.
My goal when cleansing is to come out more radiant and not skinny and lustless. So the egg shake seems promising.
