Rebuilding Phase - Month 2
This month, I want to focus on being physically active.
Date: 9/3/2007 7:17:23 AM ( 17 y ) ... viewed 2163 times I made several mistakes during month 1. One thing I'm glad I focused on is taking probiotics. My digestion has never been this great. I will not be taking probiotics on a regular basis. However, I will take a few times a week.
This month, I want to focus on being physically active. I didn't work out at all during month 1. This will force me to eat well and stick to just having one cheat meal a week. My fitness program for this month will be as follows: Run 2-3 miles & lift weights twice a week, 1 day of stretching and 1 7-10 mile hike on the weekend. The physical activity will also keep me from getting depressed and wanting to eat badly.
Working out will require me to alter my diet on the days I workout. My weekly plans will reflect that.
Regarding my Mind and Soul, I will continue to focus on being me. Surrounding myself with people that are positive and healthy. I'm still active in going out with my groups and meeting new people.

Save for trips
Transfer Credit Card Balance to 0% card; pay it off
Run Credit Report

Go to DMV to replace lost ID
Schedule road test
