When you have cataracts on the edges of the lens (cortical, PSC, anterior), the AGEs basically have disabled the Alpha crystallin so that it can no longer separate the tangled mess of other lens proteins.  I think this also includes diabetic cataracts.  If the cataracts are not too advanced, then NAC eyedrops like ”Can-C” or ”Brite Eyes” might break some of the connections between the AGEs and the Alpha crystallin.  If the cataracts are advanced, the best plan would be to have an AGE crosslink breaker eyedrop which would release the Alpha crystallin and restore its chaperone activity, a ...

First, you say you were on a fast, but you also say you were eating fruits and juices. So I would not be concerned too much. Hydrate your self, if anything do a sea salt flush, it will make you go and allow your body to hydrate. Hydaration does not only mean drinking enough water, it means you are getting enough water in your cells. They looked like pink grapefruit fibre which they couldn’t have been because we strained it through a sieve and cloth with the olive oil. I stoped the coffee enema for 3 days and now back to normal. I do the enemas for clarity of thinking and pain relief. As I only want the golden coffee bean effects I only used 300ml of water just to get the coffee in which should not be too disturbing for my bowels. Cheers I passed hundreds of liver flukes on my first AM liver flush. It could be because I’ve changed my diet to low carbs. I think it slows down the digestion because I’m never hungry. Impossible to know: That thing on your photo looks like bile mixed with small hard particles. Those small hard particles can be either food leftovers, or cholesterol from bile. A full colonic does not mean your bowel is empty, as far as my experience goes. There is still, usually, fecal matter left in the bowel, sometimes from years of being stuck there. The green looks like bile. The brown looks like poop to me, but one can’t be sure. If I get poop in my bowel movements on the morning after drinking the juice and olive oil, I think it may mean that my bowel cleanse was not thorough enough.
