Re: Senile cataracts - curable with presbyopia eyedrops

I have not started my 2nd bottle yet, just about finished 2 weeks at 2 drops 2x per day. If you have used 6 bottles so far and still no positive results, it does not bode well. How many drops per day do you use?
Incidentally, the Sugar in the product crystallizes on the eyelashes. I used to try and pull the crystals off, but since pulling the eyelids is not a good idea, now I try to wash them off every morning before I re-apply the product. With dogs, all you have to do to get rid of the crystals is to comb their fur.

The difficulty with nuclear cataract is getting the agents to the nucleus of the lens, hence the need for prior lens softening drops like EV06. Since Novartis is holding EV06 and we can't get it, I take the main component of EV06, alpha-lipoic acid (300mg) per day as an oral supplement in lieu of drops. Alpha-lipoic acid breaks (reduces) disulfide linkages, regenerating free glutathione and up-regulating glutathione peroxidase, so theoretically, it seems a must. Maybe you could consider adding it to your protocol.

As for the podcast, his praise of cataract surgery was disturbing, and I thought it might detract from his incentive to go forward. Did he have anything more positive to say to you?
