It's my guess that Lanomax would work if we softened the lens first with EV06 which we don't have. Like you, I am very depressed about all this...
And like you, I have Grade 4 cataracts with an orange nucleus.
I think this type of cataract is due to photooxidation. What I want to do now is buy another pair of eyeglasses, this time with UV AND blue light cut, to stop all further photooxidation, but I can't yet afford it.
