IMO, you have a lot of junk in your body that is coming out. I would suggest not to continue the fast. I do not think eating partially helps your body. So a few things. EFT is great for releasing past traumas. I am glad you already know that. All living foods have protein, leaves too. Otherwise the elephants would be dead and not so huge. I was told to flush with salt water 5x/day after the extractions by the dentist even though I instinctively knew that it wasn’t right during a water fast. It’s all part of the process. I get the same thing sometimes on the 3rd or 4th flush. Sometimes a stone will lodge in one of the liver ducts and cause pain until it passes through. I would suggest a Tbsp of Natural Calm magnesium powder in a glass of warm water. This will relieve the pain and keep the gallbladder and liver functioning better. Ultimately you will have to keep flushing the stones until they are all or mostly all out. A low functioning gallbladder and liver will cause stomach acid and many other issues as well. Blood is probably from hemorrhoids, a common bi-product of constipation. Some gallstones can also have a strong red color, like blood. Pain is probably from gallstones or from inflamed gallbladder or inflamed bile ducts. You may also have a larger stone that is lodging into the bile ducts and causing most of the pain. WS   [End]
