This has really encouraged me, lifting, as it does, a large part of what I find irksome and onerous in considering the fast "complete fast" (or any long fast for that matter).

I'm going to devise a plan and set a date!

It's great to know that I have found a knowledgeable person who is willing to help with information, should I come into tricky terrain
